My wife and I came here to eat and had a wonderful experience! The food was great, everything was delicious, and the service was excellent. Alex is a great manager—very attentive, friendly, and professional. He made sure we were taken care of and had a great experience. We’ll definitely be coming back to Pollo Norte!

Amazing experience! We arrived around 9:30–10:00 PM, and even though they close at 11:30, we never felt rushed. The service was outstanding from start to finish. Claudia was amazing, and honestly, every staff member we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome. The food was so delicious that I completely forgot to take pictures! 😂 The lychee martini was absolutely amazing, the chorizo and cheese antojitos were a must, and the arroz con leche was one of the best desserts I’ve ever had. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Experience at Polo Norte Miramar! From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel welcome and cared for. Yoxari was absolutely amazing — attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our visit special. She even put the World Cup game on TV for us so we could enjoy it while dining! The restaurant offers a wide variety of drinks and delicious food, making it the perfect spot to relax and watch the games. If you’re in Miramar, Polo Norte is definitely the place to be for great service, good vibes, and an unforgettable time!

Absolutely amazing experience! The Cuban food was incredible, fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Every bite tasted authentic and homemade. Our waiter, Sebastian, was exceptionally kind, attentive, and made us feel welcome throughout our visit. His friendly service truly made the experience even better. The atmosphere was wonderful and created the perfect setting to enjoy a great meal. If you’re looking for delicious Cuban food, outstanding service, and a fantastic dining experience, I highly recommend this restaurant!

OMG… Polo Norte was highly recommended for mid day pick up work meeting and Alejandro at the Bar is par excellent! My expectations were super exceeded. Me and my colleagues received white glove service with a smile, affable personality and impeccable professional service. We had the Mariquitas y Guayaba y Queso with an array of beverages with my team from Gin & Tonic, Passionfruit Mojito, Passion Fruit Margarita, smoked old fashioned and smoked French Martini Twist Alejandro style 🤌🏽.
